With options for 3500W/240V in the 10-gallon model and 5500W/240V in the 20-gallon model, heat is evenly distributed across the kettle’s bottom. This not only speeds up the heating process but also ensures precision in step mashing and maintaining mash temperatures without the need for external heating methods like Herms Coils or RIMS Rockets.
